- 30 % Chardonnay
- With 35% of reserve wine
Dosage: 11 g/L
Ageing: 2 years’ maturation on lees
TASTING NOTES
On the nose, the champagne releases aromas of cashews, almonds, along with linden and wallflower. On the palate, the rich mouthfeel is perfectly balanced by a fresh citrus finish.
