The blend:
-
75%* black grapes including 16% fermented as red (Pinot
Noir and Meunier) - 25%* Chardonnay
- Including a minimum of 30% reserve wines
Dosage: 11 g/L
Aging: Maturation for 18 months and above in our cellars
TASTING NOTES
Eye: Deeply coloured, glistening hue with myriad pink and orange-like
reflections
Nose: Complex, revealing aromas of candied tangerine, bourbon vanilla and a
fruity touch of cranberry
Palate: Vibrant and fleshy with a great attack, confectionery aromatics and
freshness to finish
At table: For all red fruit-based desserts, Christmas specialities and colourful
sweet and sour buffets
