• Including 30% of reserve wines

Aging: 18 months or more of aging in cellars

TASTING NOTES

Eye: Pale yellow gold, bright and clear
Nose: Exotic (pineapple and coconut), iodine & salt notes, toasted and
mentholated on aeration
Palate: White orchard fruits, complex, floral and airy, long and harmonious
finish
At table : Sashimi, Fish parmentier, butternut & sweet potato, Sea bream tartar,
passion fruit
