The blend:
- 80% Black grapes (Pinot noir and meunier)
- 20% Chardonnay
Dosage: 35 g/L
Ageing: 15 months of aging in the cellar
TASTING NOTES
Eye: Deeper straw gold, with bright straw yellow reflections
Nose: Licorous, candied fruit sensation, fine biscuits
Palate: Notes of fresh almond and candied pear
At table: Ideal with a pineapple gazpacho with vanilla bean, a strawberry
charlotte, wedding cake
